The Pass Plus course consists of six specially designed training sessions to follow on from a successful practical driving test - driving in town, out of town, in all weathers, at night, on dual carriageways and on motorways.

 

The extra experience and positive skills learned on the course should make you a better and safer driver.

 

You can take the Pass Plus course up to a year after passing your driving test. There is no further test to take. When your instructor is satisfied with you performance you receive a certificate from the Driving Standards Agency.

 

Another advantage of the course is cheaper motor insurance. Motor insurers that support the scheme will give you a one year no claims bonus for comprehensive, third party fire and theft and third party policies as soon as you insure your car. You can defer the no claims bonus if you currently drive under someone else’s policy.
